Internal Social Networking:

Check out Yammer.com. It allows people with the same e-mail domain to have their own networking site. We set up "groups" for each client account to help us brainstorm or just chat about projects. This helps us cut down on meetings, conference calls and such, especially since we have multiple office locations. It also gives you the opportunity to put questions out to the whole group to get more perspective. Additionally, we can cut out some e-mail clutter by posting some of the fun stuff we find in the main message board area. (great for sharing links, articles, tips...etc)
